Hospice - Day 8 (Saturday)

Mizuho is a little too tired to write today...she's getting a lot more sleep in the last couple of days. She's in and out and having some interesting dreams..but her alert time is much less than before. Fortunately, the methadone and morphene drops are working and she is in no pain...she's just very tired. Mizuho must have really enjoyed her visit with the volunteer dogs at the hospice...one of the dogs name is 'Murphy'; so in her dream she holds her arms out and says "Oh, come on in Murphy....!"

Mizuho's parents are helping with Kai in the evenings, and her brother is flying in from Japan on Monday.

Thanks for the update Jim. We are praying for Mizuho and all of you. Good to hear her brother is arriving on Monday. I know Mizuho is excited and cannot wait to see him...

Give Mizuho and everyone our love.

Hey! You're in our thoughts constantly and just a phone call away if you need us. R & I went back to the Yellow River Game Ranch today to see General Lee predict whether or not we'd have an early spring (he predicts yes). And, we reminisced about going there with you guys. I would really love if we could all go back soon. We love you.

Jim-
How are you doing? I hope you got your card. We think of Mizuho constantly & love you all. Are the hopes of Mizuho going home & hospice coming to your home still in the works or no? Also, how long are mizuho's parent able to stay? Our thoughts and prayers are with you both.
