Columbus Day
I had a day off for Columbus Day! But the day care was open, so I had a day to myself. I did some shopping done and had lunch at Hashiguchi with friends. I am able to eat more like before so I'm gaining back some weight! I've never thought I'll be happy gaining weight - funny. I met the radiologist today and looks like I'm doing just fine - my cough is getting much better and my esophagus pain hasn't been that bad. By the way we tried the church in our neighborhood on Sunday, but Kai was getting too loud, so Jim had to leave with Kai. I wonder what people do with babies during the service? We may have to find a bigger church where there are more babies.

Mizuho-
Glad you all tried the church. What's the name of it? Are they just so small they don't have a nursery. Our church offers a nursing mom's room, a "cry" room for parents who don't want to use the nursery- they can sit in there & still hear the service or just the plain old nursery.
We are praying for you daily!
Love you guys!

Having gone to the church is a notice very delightful also for me.
I have many friends of a church in Chicago or Detroit.
Please go to a church continuously.
However, be careful of heresy.
I pray for you.

"in Christ"
I'm sorry.
Hey Mizuho!
Well I think it just depends on the type of church that you go to. Most churches have a nursery for the really little folks who might cry during the sermon. Parents usually take turns on who minds the nursery. I'm glad to hear that you are gaining weight too (heh, I'd give you mine if I could!). Things have been really crazy here still and I haven't been cooking much. I hope to have Halloween completely up and running by the end of the week and hopefully I can make you guys a few scrumptious dishes. Any requests?
Hi all - the church we went was Oglethorpe Presbyterian church. It is a small church and the majority of people seemed elderly people. Interesting thing is they have a spanish service also.
Chriseda, I'm not going to have any appetite this weekend, so please don't worry about cooking. Last time I was only able to eat fruits and crackers until the nausea subsided.
